we cover all aspects of safety so you can concenrate on your boxing experience!

You will have a medical before your fight to make sure you're healthy and happy to fight.

We will check you over after your fight, to make sure that you're in good health.

You'll be wearing a Head Guard & Gum-shield to avoid injury.

Your corner team will be with you throughout the match to advise and support you.

Our professional referee will stop your match whenever needed, matches are scored on points.

Your coach will match you against a suitable opponent at the end of your 8 weeks training.
